1Who publishes Web TCG

Web TCG is a card collecting game in which every card represents a website. It is published by Alexis Javaux, entrepreneur individuel (SIREN 832 506 539), SAS en cours de création, 8 quai des Chevillards, 59800 Lille, France. Contact: contact@web-tcg.com.

By creating a collection or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2Your account

An account is personal: one per person. Pick a username that respects others. The information you give must be accurate and you remain responsible for what happens with your account.

During the test phase, accounts and cards may be erased or reset; we say so in advance whenever we can.

3Cards, dust and Webicoin

Cards, dust and Webicoin (WC) are virtual items that can only be used inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be converted into money, cannot be withdrawn and are not refundable.

You have a personal right to use these items for as long as your account exists. Owning them gives you no right over the websites they represent.

Boosters are earned for free over time and their content is random: the odds and guarantees are published on the Rules page.

4Market and trades

You can auction your duplicates for WC or give them to another player. Bids are held in reserve and returned if outbid; fees apply to sales and transfers and are shown before you confirm.

We may cancel a transaction or correct a balance in the case of a technical error, fraud or clear abuse.

5What is not allowed

• using a bot, a script or any automatic means to play, open boosters or buy cards;
• creating several accounts to get around limits or to pass advantages between them;
• exploiting a flaw instead of reporting it to us;
• selling, buying or lending an account;
• harassing other players, or choosing a username that is abusive, discriminatory or impersonates someone.

In case of abuse we may limit, suspend or delete an account, and take back advantages obtained improperly. We give the reason unless the law or security prevents us.

6Represented websites and their marks

Each card shows the name, the domain and sometimes the logo of a website, only to identify it in a collection. These names and logos belong to their owners. Web TCG is not affiliated with any of these websites, which have neither sponsored nor endorsed the game.

The “what the site says” texts are what the site publishes about itself (title and description), with their source.

If you represent a website, or hold rights over a name or a logo, and want its card withdrawn, use the “Site removal” page: we review every request carefully.

7Availability and changes

Web TCG is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change it, interrupt it or adjust its balance (odds, costs, limits) to keep it fair and sustainable. When a change affects you significantly, we warn you in advance if we can.

If the service shuts down for good, we will give players reasonable notice.

8Liability

We are not responsible for the content of the websites represented or for what you find when you visit them. To the extent the law allows, our liability does not cover indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

9Your data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

10Changes to these terms

These terms carry a version date. If we change them in a significant way, we will say so in the game before the change applies.

11Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of la France, subject to the mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer where you live. For any question: contact@web-tcg.com.
